Refund policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Digital downloads (if already accessed or downloaded)

    • Perishable goods (cloth)

    • Gift cards

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Digital products already downloaded or accessed

  • Opened hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, personal care)
